Organs of the Foundation - January 2016

Organs of the foundation are the Managing Board and the Board of Trustees.

The managing Board governs and represents the foundation outside. The Board of Trustees has the task to advise and supervise the Managing Board. By pursuing the purposes of the foundation, the Board of Trustees may always issue directives to the Managing Board.

Karl Schlecht and his daughter Dr. Katrin Schlecht were appointed managing board members of the foundation Karl Schlecht Stiftung.

Brigitte Schlecht is the wife of the Executive Chairman of the K.S. G - Mr Karl Schlecht - and is deputy chairwoman since the end of March 2012.

Ernst Susanek is Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the KSG since April 2017 and member of the Board since 29 March 2012.
